I had an excellent stay at novotel, with modern amenities that exceeded what i experienced in my previous hotel visit in pune. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of meals suited for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Maintenance issues!!! Cleaning of room carpets left much to be desired, and the bathroom exhaust fan's failure caused unbearable humidity during my stay. Little things matter, and these should be addressed!!!

I really enjoyed my stay with the staff's excellent service, and I loved how close the hotel was to Phoenix Market City, just about 1.5 km away, which made for a great shopping experience and a stroll through the area afterwards.

The kids loved the swimming pool and the staff were always super friendly, making us feel at home. Had a nice chat with Ganesh during breakfast, he made sure we tried local delicacies that were just amazing!

i stayed at novotel for one night and had a great experience. the deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. the breakfast was delicious, and the location near the airport is ideal for business travel. the pool and gym were a nice bonus for winding down.
